The team collaborates to assess and refine business needs, ensuring successful BI implementation.

In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:

• Develop and enhance dashboards and reports as per client specifications.
• Analyze client needs to propose viable solutions in collaboration with the team.
• Complete conceptual and functional system models and support user manual documentation.
• Execute coding tasks using T-SQL according to client requirements.
• Conduct functional tests to ensure report accuracy and reliability.
• Support system implementation and, occasionally, install system components at the client's site.
• Provide user training on dashboard and report utilization and occasionally offer technical system training.
• Monitor project developments to meet client expectations.

This role requires you to have:

• Proficiency in BI tools such as Tableau or PowerBI.
• Experience with MS SQL Server databases.
• 1 to 5 years of relevant experience in Business Intelligence.
• Bilingual proficiency in French and English.

Candidates should have a DEP/AEC or Certificate, with 2 years of specifically obligatory Business Intelligence experience.
