Verafin - Product Analyst (Data Installer)

Verafin, part of Nasdaq, is a leader in software development for fighting financial crimes, offering ground-breaking solutions to institutions across North America. The Data Install team is critical, serving as the first technical liaison for new customers. This role supports the fight against financial crime, working from St. John’s or Toronto with a hybrid work arrangement.

In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:

• Set up Secure File Transfer Protocol connections
• Collaborate with customers for data reception and validation
• Configure custom import code
• Validate customer data within the application
• Address issues arising from data validation

This role requires you to have:

• Technical college program graduate
• 1-3 years of experience
• Adaptability to changing priorities
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Proficient in written and verbal communication
• Exceptional customer support proficiency
