In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:
- Update sector and employee performance reports regularly.
- Evolve KPIs, targets, and visuals to meet team and partners' needs.
- Present explanations for performance variations in forums.
- Maintain and enhance the Perception capacity plan monthly.
- Conduct ad hoc analyses on performance-related elements.
- Update and monitor performance targets for Collections employees annually.

- 1 to 2 years of experience in data analytics or business intelligence.
- Proficiency in SAS/SQL statistical programming tools.
- Good communication skills.
