In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:

• Lead the development and implementation of machine learning models for various business applications.
• Enhance model explainability and build business trust using SHAP insights and validation reports.
• Improve MLOps infrastructure with automation and version control.
• Create robust model validation frameworks to ensure quality and reliability.
• Mentor junior data scientists and guide technical decisions.
• Collaborate with business teams to ensure models meet real-world business needs.

This role requires you to have:

• Over 5 years of experience in deploying machine learning models.
• Expertise in Python, especially with pandas and scikit-learn.
• Experience with XGBoost and AWS SageMaker.
• Strong ML validation skills with techniques to prevent data leakage.
• Proficient with Snowflake.
