In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain data tracking systems for program evaluation and decision-making.
• Analyze quantitative data and create performance tracking databases.
• Conduct research, data analysis, and make informed recommendations.
• Support policy and program changes via strategic planning.
• Engage with community partners for program improvements.

• Strong data analysis and statistical skills.

• Knowledge of provincial databases and applications.

• Experience with SPSS and programming such as VBA.
• Understanding of research methods and statistical modeling.
