In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:

• Analyze property rental and management data to optimize pricing and revenue strategies.
• Create and refine SQL queries for data extraction and analysis.
• Develop and maintain BI dashboards using Power BI, Tableau, or similar tools.
• Manage data through relational databases like MySQL and PostgreSQL.
• Utilize Python for data analysis and predictive modeling.
• Apply AI techniques to enhance forecasting and demand prediction.
• Conduct marketing analytics for customer segmentation and campaign performance.
• Implement dynamic pricing models based on market analysis.
• Collaborate with software teams for data solution integration.
• Translate data insights into actionable business strategies for stakeholders.
