In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:

• Commission and decommission data sets.
• Process confidential data in alignment with guidelines.
• Develop reports and perform analysis.
• Manage the reporting environment, including data sources and security.
• Support the data warehouse in identifying reporting requirements.
• Assist in initiatives for data integrity and normalization.
• Evaluate and implement new or updated software.
• Assist with strategic decisions regarding new systems.
• Generate reports from single or multiple systems.
• Troubleshoot issues within the reporting database environment.
• Evaluate updates to source production systems.
• Train users on new reports and dashboards.
• Provide expertise on data storage structures, mining, and cleansing.

This role requires you to have:

• 6+ years of experience as a Data Analyst.
• 5+ years of experience with SQL (TSQL, Spark SQL, MYSQL, PLSQL).
• 5+ years of experience with PowerBI.
• Experience with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint).
• Expertise in assessing data sets and performing root cause analysis.
• Experience in building data for claims analysis.
• Bachelor's Degree.

• In-depth knowledge of Excel including formulas, pivots, charts, and graphs.
• Experience in data mining and predictive modeling techniques.
