In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:

• Support ERP system operations and maintenance
• Create macros and manage reports for end users
• Build Power BI reports and dashboards
• Communicate outages and escalate issues
• Coordinate computer hardware and phone purchases
• Manage change requests and system impacts
• Draft documentation for program development and user manuals
• Engage with vendors for product support and escalation
• Provide user training
• Update stakeholders, identify risks, and escalate when necessary

This role requires you to have:

• Post-secondary diploma or degree in Business, Finance, or Computer Science
• 3 to 5 years of professional experience
• Data visualization and business intelligence proficiency
• Experience with SQL Server database
• Advanced Excel skills
• Analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work with end users on requirements
