In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:
- Collect and integrate data from multiple sources, ensuring accuracy and consistency.
- Clean and preprocess raw data to remove errors and inconsistencies.
- Analyze data using statistical methods to identify trends and inform decisions.
- Create and automate reports, dashboards, and visualizations using Power BI and Excel.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver insights and define KPIs.
- Identify opportunities to improve data processes and stay updated with latest practices.
- Ensure data security, privacy, and compliance.
- Develop SQL queries for ad-hoc analysis and urgent data requests.
- Document analysis methods and share insights with the team.

This role requires you to have:
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
- 5 years of experience in data analysis and Power BI development.
- Proficiency in Power BI, including DAX and building semantic data models.
- Experience with relational databases and SQL
- Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
You would benefit from having:
- Experience with Azure Data Services.
- Strong understanding of DB Pension Knowledge.
