Senior Analyst, HHR Data

The Senior Analyst role exists to support the health workforce data and analytics, which plays a critical role in improving health outcomes and planning.

In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:

• Lead the expansion of data capacity by developing new HHR datasets.
• Create advanced health human resources analytics for regional planning.
• Collaborate to build repositories supporting HHR program monitoring and metrics.
• Participate in cross-functional teams to gather analysis requirements and present data findings.
• Act as the analytical lead for HHR datasets and survey development.
• Produce complex analytics products including statistical analysis and data visualizations.
• Manage the analytics development lifecycle including data sourcing and methodology.
• Present findings to diverse audiences, ensuring clarity and understanding.
• Maintain quality in analytics work, supporting team deliverables.
• Lead initiatives to improve team analytic capabilities and workflow processes.
• Serve as primary contact for data sources and analytics inquiries among stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with data access and release protocols.
• Utilize BI tools to enhance reporting and information delivery.
• Contribute to enterprise data governance and analytics community.
• Mentor new staff and manage multiple priorities effectively.
