In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:
- Lead the expansion of data capacity by developing new HHR datasets.
- Create advanced health human resources analytics for regional planning.
- Collaborate to build repositories supporting HHR program monitoring and metrics.
- Participate in cross-functional teams to gather analysis requirements and present data findings.
- Act as the analytical lead for HHR datasets and survey development.
- Produce complex analytics products including statistical analysis and data visualizations.
- Manage the analytics development lifecycle including data sourcing and methodology.
- Present findings to diverse audiences, ensuring clarity and understanding.
- Maintain quality in analytics work, supporting team deliverables.
- Lead initiatives to improve team analytic capabilities and workflow processes.
- Serve as primary contact for data sources and analytics inquiries among stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with data access and release protocols.
- Utilize BI tools to enhance reporting and information delivery.
- Contribute to enterprise data governance and analytics community.
- Mentor new staff and manage multiple priorities effectively.
