The Ontario HIV Treatment Network, a nonprofit organization established in 1998, is dedicated to enhancing the health of individuals affected by and vulnerable to HIV. The network collaborates with various partners including testing programs, community organizations, and policy leaders to execute the provincial HIV strategy. The Data Engineer role will support these initiatives by managing and optimizing data systems.
In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain data warehouses for organizational and analytics use.
- Design, implement, and integrate end-to-end data solutions with the Data and Biostatistics team.
- Support daily use of data systems, ensuring compliance with privacy policies.
- Track changes in data and applications and improve database structures.
- Execute the ETL process for data uploads in cloud storage solutions.
- Write SQL queries for data exports and automate data-related tasks.
- Support the OCS team with specific data requests.
