In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:
- Process interface data and perform reconciliation while communicating effectively with pension plan employers.
- Ensure proper processing of member data cycles received from employers.
- Reconcile and clean data using control procedures.
- Maintain close relationships with employer representatives for data processing and reconciliation.
- Participate in projects to enhance employer relations and member services.
- Support special projects through data analysis and historical data correction.
- Provide administrative support for special project controls.
- Review data control procedures to enhance data quality.

- Knowledge of OPSEU Pension Plan and pension administration.
- Analytical/problem-solving skills for membership data issues.
- Mathematical skills and attention to detail for data correction.
- Proficiency in MS Office and business software applications.
- Effective communication skills for concise information delivery.
- Organizational skills to prioritize work efficiently.
- Interpersonal skills and customer service orientation.
You would benefit from having:

- Knowledge of SQL and MS Power BI.
