Paladin Security Group Ltd is looking for a Data Analyst to join their team. This role is essential for creating and maintaining insightful reports while enhancing the data warehouse in Microsoft Azure. The ideal candidate will have a strong analytical mindset and excellent communication skills to support data-driven decision-making.

In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:

• Create reports in Power BI, Power BI Report Builder, and other platforms
• Conduct research and meet with internal stakeholders to understand business problems and reporting needs
• Think critically to improve data collection and report generation processes
• Create presentations showcasing reporting insights and actionable strategies
• Build and maintain ETL/ELT pipelines for data processing and integration
• Assist with the development of data warehouse objects in SQL and Microsoft Azure
• Monitor report performance, implement improvements, and ensure data integrity
• Perform other duties as required
