PAQ is dedicated to providing effective management support through accurate data insights. The role of a Data Analyst is crucial to ensuring timely data accessibility about shelter operations while building user-friendly data collection tools for front-line staff. This position involves collaboration with the marketing and fundraising manager and offers the potential to transition to full-time work temporarily.

In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:

• Assess and evaluate current data sources from multiple outlets.
• Clean and correct data inaccuracies and anomalies.
• Consolidate data to facilitate management reporting.
• Develop tools and processes for daily critical data capture.
• Produce various reports, including daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly.
• Perform ad hoc reporting tasks.
• Train staff on data entry protocols using Excel.

• Understanding of reconciliation and social justice for Indigenous peoples.
• Relevant degree or diploma in Information Technology, or equivalent experience.
• Experience with data analysis and collection tools.
• Collaborative problem-solving and decision-making skills.

• Time management and task prioritization.
