They are the third largest DMS provider to the North American retail automotive industry, viewing their customers as business partners and friends. They need a Customer Insights Data Analyst to help transform complex data sets into actionable insights, enhancing business growth and customer satisfaction.

In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:

• Conduct thorough analysis of customer feedback, market trends, and operational data.
• Develop and maintain reports and visuals to optimize corporate programs and activities.
• Collaborate with teams to address data-centric business challenges and provide analytical support.
• Perform loss impact assessments, onboarding and sale analysis, and customer retention studies.
• Utilize Excel, SQL, and BI platforms for organizing and presenting information.
• Champion data-driven strategies that align with business objectives to enhance the customer experience.
• Conduct ad hoc analysis and communicate findings to stakeholders.
• Create visually engaging reports and dashboards for clear communication of insights.
• Ensure data accuracy and integrity through validation and cleansing processes.
• Collaborate with marketing and communication teams to provide valuable data and insights.
• Support agile delivery within the analytics function and contribute to improvements in analytical processes.

This role requires you to have:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business, or Information Systems
• Knowledge of CRM tools such as HubSpot
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
• Proficiency in SQL, Power BI, or other data analysis and visualization tools
• Fluent in English with exceptional communication skills
