PSD is seeking a Senior Data Analyst to enhance the team, focusing on GIS Systems and client data implementation.

In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:

• Integrate and manipulate client infrastructure data using Excel and proprietary software.
• Advise clients on industry best practices for municipal asset management.
• Handle large volumes of data with accuracy and detail.
• Set and manage client expectations throughout data implementation.
• Train and support clients while managing multiple projects.
• Deliver exceptional customer service.
• Perform software testing and provide support, with skills in C# programming.
• Attend meetings at the London head office, preferring a local candidate.
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders to address and escalate issues.

This role requires you to have:

• Proficiency in GIS tools like ArcGIS Pro, ArcGIS Online, and Google Earth Pro.
• Experience with PSD Citywide software GIS or Permitting modules.
• Ability to program in JavaScript and develop heatmaps from Excel data.
• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
