PSD Citywide provides vital business intelligence for public sector organizations through technical expertise in infrastructure and capital asset management. They aim to expand their Implementation team with a Sr. Data Analyst focused on GIS Systems, enabling better corporate outcomes through data analysis and client support.

In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:

• Implement client data into GIS and Permitting software modules accurately and on schedule.
• Integrate and manipulate client-supplied infrastructure data using Excel and proprietary software.
• Advise clients on best industry practices for municipal asset management.
• Manage multiple projects effectively, ensuring accurate and timely data implementation.
• Provide training and support to clients and offer excellent customer service.
• Develop stored procedures for CRUD operations and program in C#.
• Attend on-site meetings in London, Ontario, and communicate with stakeholders to resolve issues.

This role requires you to have:

• Experience with PSD Citywide software modules, particularly GIS.
• Proficient in data analysis with Microsoft Excel and Access.
• Ability to program in JavaScript and manage project software Kantata.
• Strong organizational and multi-tasking skills with a focus on client-facing roles.
• Technical expertise in GIS tools including ArcGIS and Google Earth Pro.

You would benefit from having:

• Familiarity with Google Maps open data and API.
• Experience developing web maps from ASP.NET framework.
• Experience with PowerBI and Auto CADD.
• Certification in Esri ArcGIS Python Programming and Intermediate Python for Data Analysis.
