In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:
- Manage and analyze a variety of data types including client, sales, revenue, and expense data
- Analyze data across business lines and present insights to senior leadership
- Collaborate with teams to enhance data availability
- Develop dashboards, charts, and visual aids for decision support
- Ensure regular data integration from various systems into tools such as Salesforce and PowerBI
- Create templates and documentation
- Handle large sets of structured and unstructured data
- Participate in team initiatives and support finance projects
- Work with the Director of Finance on data-related projects
- Enhance data processes to support KPI reporting
- Automate data-related processes
- Provide recommendations for process improvements
- Respond to business inquiries as needed

This role requires you to have:
- Bachelor’s degree in mathematics, statistics, economics, engineering, science, or related field
- 2+ years of experience in a financial or insurance setting
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
- Experience with PowerBI and Salesforce
- Expertise in database and model design
