The Product Adoption Analyst role is pivotal for driving customer success and optimizing product adoption.

In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:

• Guide customers in optimizing Prophix features.
• Provide best practice recommendations to improve workflows.
• Conduct training and enablement programs.
• Assist with troubleshooting and performance testing.
• Create and maintain knowledge-based content.
• Collaborate with internal teams to enhance customer experience.
• Engage in internal projects as directed by leadership.
• Analyze customer needs to support product adoption.
• Maintain strong customer relationships with proactive engagement.

This role requires you to have:

• Post-secondary education in Computing, Business, or Finance/Accounting.
• 1+ years relevant experience in customer support or financial software.
• Proficiency in MS Office, Microsoft SQL Server, and Windows Server.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
