Data Scientist, Data, Analytics, Evaluation and Reporting (DARE)

In this role, the Data Scientist will report to the Director of Data Analytics Reporting and Evaluation, contributing significantly to strategic decision-making and operational improvements through advanced data modeling.

In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:

• Develop and implement analytical models and algorithms to enhance operational workflows.
• Collaborate with clinical and operational leadership to strategize and develop analytical products.
• Employ advanced Operations Research and Machine Learning models to forecast outcomes and optimize efficiency.
• Lead the implementation process by working closely with developers and stakeholders.
• Communicate analytic solutions to leadership throughout the product lifecycle.

This role requires you to have:

• PhD in Operations Research, Industrial Engineering or related field.
• 5-7 years of experience in data analysis, model design, and optimization.
• Expertise in Operations Research models and quantitative data analysis.
