Building Data & IoT Engineer

In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:

• Lead and execute digital building projects, IoT technology deployments, and data analytics initiatives.
• Manage external vendors and partners, providing technical support and administration.
• Develop technology frameworks and support roll-out programs.
• Serve as a subject matter expert for various IoT technologies, including sensor systems and access controls.
• Lead operational technology (OT) data analytics and infrastructure management.
• Conduct economic and ROI analyses to inform business decisions.
• Collaborate with teams to create data-driven use cases and reports.
