As they extend their Case Management System (Q-CMS) across the US, the need for a versatile Product Analyst becomes vital to connect business insights with technical teams and clients.

In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:

• Gather and validate functional modifications for Q-CMS from clients.
• Document specialized requirements for multiple implementations.
• Create and deploy Help Files and training documentation.
• Develop training videos for Q-CMS.
• Create process flows, specifications, and diagrams to guide developers.
• Develop reports and dashboards using Microsoft tools.
• Design screen mockups and wireframes according to UX/UI standards.
• Conduct and lead project testing activities.
• Coordinate implementation tasks for Q-CMS.

This role requires you to have:

• Bachelor's Degree
• 1+ years consulting experience
• Experience in technology implementation
• User testing methodologies expertise
• Attention to detail
• Strong analytical problem-solving skills
• Experience in social media marketing
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
