RBC is seeking a Fall Data Analyst to join the Wholesale Finance Data Strategy team. In this role, you will play a vital role in leveraging RBC's big data assets to build data pipelines and analytics models. You will also collaborate with various stakeholders to identify and prioritize business problems, align data strategy, and deliver innovative solutions. The team consists of accomplished professionals from diverse backgrounds, working together to provide data-driven insights and advice to senior management and the Capital Market's front office.

• Provide detailed data and analysis to enhance reporting processes and collaboration across teams
• Apply design thinking and an agile mindset to drive new initiatives
• Support data management processes, including acquiring, transforming, and storing structured and unstructured data

This role requires you to have:

• Excellent problem solving and analytical skills

• Experience with data extraction, transformation, and loading
• Ability to work under pressure and multitask
• Advanced knowledge of MS Excel and PowerPoint
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
