RBC Capital Markets in Canada is looking to onboard a Data Analyst to their Quantitative & Technology Services’ (QTS) Data Ops team. This position offers the chance to collaborate with leadership and gain recognition for your achievements. The team is dedicated to enhancing data quality and automation on RBC's Big Data Platform.

In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:

• Develop and execute functional testing and automation implementations for the ecosystem.
• Implement strategic data quality initiatives and drive automation processes.
• Lead a diverse team to ensure effective training and tool usage.
• Maximize automation for project functional testing deliverables.
• Align with overall data quality strategy and framework.
• Provide detailed quality status reports to stakeholders.
• Act as the single point of accountability for program success related to testing automation.
• Collaborate with Application Development Directors to integrate quality engineering within DevOps.

This role requires you to have:

• Degree in Computer Science or equivalent with 2+ years of experience.
• Proficiency in test automation tools such as Robot Framework, Selenium, and Jenkins.
• Experience in script development using Unix Shell, Python, and SQL.
• Hands-on experience with Big Data testing and data automation.
• Strong communication and leadership skills in test automation.
