In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:

• Maintain firm and strategy profiles on consultant and third-party databases.
• Collaborate with teams to ensure data consistency across various responses and marketing content.
• Act as a Subject Matter Expert for consultant databases and optimize workflow efficiency.
• Handle regular and ad hoc consultant relations requests.
• Foster relationships with global teams to ensure relevant strategies are captured in databases.
• Identify industry trends for best practices.
• Draft business requirements for institutional business projects.

This role requires you to have:

• 1-2 years experience with financial products and investment funds.
• Experience in building SQL queries and Tableau reports.
• Strong quantitative, analytical, and organizational skills.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Ability to meet deadlines.

• Experience with consultant/third-party databases (e.g., eVestment, Mercer).
• Bachelor's degree in finance, business, computer science, or related field.
• CFA designation or progress towards it.
