This position plays a crucial role in managing market data crucial for revenue and decision-making within RBC's diverse businesses. The selected candidate will work closely with a team of investment and risk management experts, ensuring accurate and timely data dissemination.

In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:

• Reconcile and arrange payments for Market Data invoices promptly.
• Maintain an updated inventory of market data users, vendors, and services.
• Provide administrative support to the extended Market Data team.
• Fulfill global requests for market data services management.
• Respond to business and vendor queries related to invoicing and services swiftly.
• Cultivate a strong understanding of RBC's procedures and processes.
• Build and maintain relationships with exchanges, vendors, and key business contacts, alongside accounting and finance teams.

This role requires you to have:

• 2-4 years of experience in Accounting and Finance, with knowledge of Market Data suppliers.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for advanced functions like pivot tables and v-lookup.
• Effective multitasking and priority-shifting abilities.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Capability to communicate efficiently across various organizational levels.
• Critical thinking skills while managing a high-volume workload.
