The role of Staff Engineer in Data & AI centers on working with a cross-functional team to deliver IT solutions that enhance compliance efficiency. In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:

• Create and manage AI agents for Capital Markets research, sales, and trading support.
• Handle AI Ops and pipelines for Generative AI applications.
• Lead developer roles and code implementation for AI projects.
• Develop and deploy ETL processes using tools like GitHub, Airflow, and Spark.
• Produce reusable software artifacts and patterns.
• Enhance data management procedures for data acquisition and storage.
• Implement DevOps methodologies to optimize software delivery.

This role requires you to have:

• 7+ years in data engineering, covering data pipelines, ETL, and warehousing.
• 3+ years in AI or machine learning fields.
• Proficiency in Python, R, Java, or Scala.
• Expertise in SQL and database systems such as PostgreSQL or Oracle.
• Experience with cloud-based AI services (AWS, Azure).
• Familiarity with machine learning frameworks like TensorFlow or PyTorch.
