The Associate Data Scientist will join the Data and Statistical Sciences team, contributing to strategic drug development efforts and clinical trial insights while collaborating with other experts in the field.

In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:

• Develop and implement Data Sciences products on clinical trials.
• Contribute statistical programming expertise to strategic planning and execution.
• Collaborate with experts to innovate processes and advance patient benefits.
• Represent the team across Roche's global functions.
• Build collaborative partnerships throughout the organization.
• Mentor colleagues in programming and analytical methodologies.
• Provide expertise in statistical programming and data sciences.

This role requires you to have:

• 1-3 years of experience with scientific, computer science, or related field background.
• Proficiency in SAS and/or R.
• Experience in cross-organizational collaboration.

• Knowledge of Good Clinical Practice and international regulations.
