In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:

• Develop and implement Data Sciences products on clinical trials.
• Lead statistical programming efforts in drug development.
• Collaborate with experts to innovate and streamline processes.
• Represent DSS and PDD across various functions globally.
• Foster partnerships across Roche to drive insight generation.
• Mentor colleagues in programming and analytical methodologies.
• Contribute expertise across various areas within and outside the organization.

This role requires you to have:

• Master's degree in Statistics or Data Sciences.
• 3-5 years of proven experience.
• Proficiency in SAS and/or R.
• Ability to establish successful internal partnerships.
• Adaptability to modern working practices and an agile mindset.
