A Data Analyst is needed to join their engineering team, assisting in customer support and continuous improvement of the platform.

In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:

• Collaborate with customers and teams to define reporting needs, creating scalable data solutions.
• Develop metrics, data pipelines, dashboards, and reports to enhance decision-making and efficiency.
• Analyze complex datasets to provide actionable insights and recommendations.
• Optimize data visualizations using Power BI and support flexible data exports like Excel and CSV.
• Work with Product and Engineering teams to improve the Insights platform based on customer feedback.
• Resolve data-related issues involving reporting tools, integrations, and APIs.
• Communicate data insights effectively, aligning them with customer goals.
• Maintain a comprehensive understanding of the RocketRez platform to advise customers effectively.

This role requires you to have:

• 3–5+ years in Business Intelligence, Data Engineering, Data Analysis, or Data Science.
• Proficiency in SQL and Python with strong statistical skills.
• Ability to use data visualization for business decision-making.
• Capability to manage and deliver multiple projects with precision.
• Effective communication skills for presenting data findings.
