In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:
- Perform complex ROI analyses by integrating RouteThis and customer data
- Become a sector and customer expert, leading discovery and ROI assessments
- Collaborate with internal teams to validate customer business cases through data
- Participate in project teams to showcase ROI for RouteThis usage
- Work with customer data analysts to align best practices in data processing
- Define and manage data schemas and ensure stakeholder compliance
- Identify and assess errors or risks in customer-produced data
- Determine data format requirements for varied engagements
- Assist Sales and Customer Success teams with data-driven insights
- Conduct customer calls to challenge data assumptions and discuss insights
- Translate data into narrative insights affecting real-world applications

This role requires you to have:
- 5+ years in data analysis focused on ROI and pilot tracking
- Experience in data analysis for SaaS environments
- Advanced Excel and SQL skills
- Strong business acumen and data validation capabilities
- Familiarity with Kibana, Sigma, or similar platforms
- Competence in PowerBI
- Experience with large data sets
