Located primarily within the Credit & Collections sector, this position is crucial for building data initiatives, influencing key policies, and collaborating across multiple departments to advance organizational performance.

In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:

• Drive data engineering efforts within Credit & Collections and influence broader policies.
• Develop data science capabilities for Revenue Operations.
• Collaborate with partners to solve complex business challenges.
• Design secure and efficient data pipelines.
• Craft sophisticated SQL queries for various data sources.
• Automate processes and curate data for financial modeling and reporting.
• Design dashboards that yield actionable business insights.
• Provide BI support and ad-hoc analysis for business improvement.
• Implement experiments for process improvement and analytics.
• Maintain data quality and explore innovative Salesforce solutions.

This role requires you to have:

• 2-4 years of experience in Data Analysis, Statistics, or Computer Science.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Analytics, Statistics, or a quantitative field.
• Proficiency in Python, R, and SQL.
• Experience in data visualization with tools like Tableau.
