S&I Cleaning is seeking a Data Analyst to join their fast-paced team. This position is vital for interpreting complex data and aiding in strategic decision-making. The team involves cross-functional collaboration to optimize business intelligence and performance metrics.
In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:
- Interpret complex datasets related to business performance, trends, and opportunities.
- Collaborate with various teams to meet their data needs and offer analytical support.
- Create and maintain dashboards and reports using Power BI to visualize key metrics.
- Validate data accuracy in reporting.
- Provide insights during project phases of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
- Utilize Python to manipulate data and automate tasks.
- Apply Agile methodologies to improve project efficiency.
- Engage in business analysis to recommend data-driven solutions.
- Design and optimize databases for effective data management.

This role requires you to have:
- Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, Business Analytics, Statistics, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Data Analyst ideally in facilities management or similar.
- Proficiency in Power BI, Tableau, and Excel.
- Understanding of database management and querying.
- Analytical skills to identify data patterns.
- Strong communication skills for presenting insights.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to communicate findings effectively to stakeholders.
