As a Data Analyst, you'll contribute to optimizing the company's operational maturity and supporting continued growth.
In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:
- Design and maintain SQL-based data models for efficient data transformation and reporting.
- Build and optimize ETL pipelines within BI tools or via APIs.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable analytics solutions.
- Manage dbt-based data transformations and Databricks workflows.
- Develop and enhance Tableau dashboards and reports for accuracy and accessibility.
- Work with Data Engineers to improve data architecture for performance and scalability.
- Use Python, R, SAS, or similar tools for data analysis, modeling, and automation.
- Ensure data quality, governance, and documentation across analytics solutions.

This role requires you to have:
- 5+ years experience in analytics engineering, data analytics, or related fields.
- Experience in a SaaS environment.
- Expert-level SQL skills for complex queries and data models.
- Hands-on experience with ETL pipeline development in BI tools or APIs.
- Proficiency in dbt, Databricks, and Tableau.
- Experience with Python, R, SAS, or similar statistical tools.
- Strong understanding of stakeholder engagement and business needs.
- Experience in a cloud-based data environment (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP).
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
