ServiceTitan is seeking a Senior Data Scientist to work with their Operations data science team on special projects. This role involves building models to support the product organization and finance projections, utilizing machine learning for business performance forecasting. The team is focused on solving complex business challenges in the rapidly growing firm.
In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:
- Collaborate with key stakeholders to deliver data analysis and modeling projects.
- Design scalable machine learning systems and data science models from scratch.
- Implement innovative quantitative research tools and models.
- Convert insights into actionable business recommendations.
- Lead strategic projects to expand ServiceTitan's platform in the Home Service industry.
- Create novel solutions for current and future business issues.

This role requires you to have:
- MS/Ph.D in Data Science, Statistics, Applied Mathematics, Economics, Engineering, or similar discipline
- 5+ years experience in developing predictive business models
- Proficiency in Python data science packages such as pandas, numpy, and scikit-learn
- Expertise in machine learning, statistics, and NLP techniques
- Strong engineering skills with model deployment experience
- Proficient in SQL
- Experience with cloud computing platforms like Azure
