The Manager, Data Analyst - Logistics will play a vital role in optimizing logistics through data-driven strategies, working closely with data engineering, science, and product teams.

In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:

• Lead and mentor a team of 8-10 analysts across Toronto, London, and Berlin.
• Drive the transition to a data-driven logistics department.
• Promote a culture of experimentation and innovation.
• Present insights using data visualization to support logistics strategy.
• Oversee key logistics performance indicators and dashboards.
• Develop light data pipelines and analytical products to support logistics.
• Serve as the primary contact for external product data and analytics queries.

This role requires you to have:

• 7+ years of experience in analytics, with product analytics or logistics preferred.
• 3+ years of experience in team leadership and mentoring.
• Strong quantitative academic background in Econometrics, Statistics, or related fields.
• Proficiency with AWS/GCP, SQL, and BI tools.
• Excellent communication and storytelling with data.
