Senior Data Analyst, Guest Services

The Senior Data Analyst will work cross-functionally to drive key business decisions and improve operational efficiency.

In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:

• Measure, track, and analyze operations efficiency, identifying trends and root causes.
• Develop, manage, and update key performance metrics and dashboards.
• Formulate success metrics to improve Global Guest Services systems and processes.
• Provide strategic insights into inbound and outbound interactions.
• Partner with internal stakeholders to build datasets and conduct analyses for contact center performance.
• Collaborate with data partners to enhance the data ecosystem and support cross-functional projects.

This role requires you to have:

• Results-oriented with the ability to identify dependencies and leverage multiple information sources.
• Minimum of 4 years of experience in an analytics role.
• Advanced SQL skills for writing complex queries.
• Proficiency in Tableau or other data visualization tools.
• Experience with experiment design and test analysis.
