The Marketing Data Analyst will support the marketing team by managing end-to-end reporting and analytics, providing critical insights and data-driven recommendations.

In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement marketing reporting and analytics systems for real-time campaign performance visibility
  • Oversee daily marketing reporting and analytics processes, using new BI tools to analyze raw data
  • Design and maintain dashboards for real-time marketing insights access
  • Measure marketing campaigns' effectiveness and provide data-driven recommendations for optimization
  • Provide ad hoc reporting and analysis for the marketing team
  • Enhance marketing attribution systems, ensuring data consistency across various departments
  • Champion marketing data quality and governance, maintaining database hygiene and compliance
  • Work with the martech stack to create automated processes and standardize automation across tools
  • Manage data processing projects
  • Provide strategic guidance on optimizing the marketing technology budget

This role requires you to have:

  • 5-7 years experience in marketing analytics or reporting roles
  • Hands-on experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud
  • Proficiency in SQL for report generation and BI tool insights
  • Experience managing and analyzing digital marketing campaigns across various channels
  • Operational experience with campaign management and reporting tools like Google Analytics 4 and Looker Studio
  • Strong project management skills in fast-paced environments
  • Superb attention to detail and time management skills

You would benefit from having:

  • Experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud’s AMPscript and SSJS
  • Experience in research
