Su&Bu seeks a detail-oriented Data Analyst to provide insights that enhance operations and marketing for their treat brands, including Yogen Fruz, Sweet Jesus, and others. The role is integral to making data-driven decisions and optimizing strategies across multiple business domains.

In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:

• Collect and analyze business performance data including sales and transactions.
• Develop dashboards and reports for tracking KPIs.
• Evaluate pricing strategies through competitive analysis.
• Collaborate with teams for data-driven support.
• Utilize statistical methods to identify data trends.
• Ensure data integrity and prepare reports for management.

This role requires you to have:

• Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, or related fields.
• 2+ years experience as a Data Analyst.
• Proficiency in Tableau and Power BI.
• Experience with Python for data analysis.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Candidates must be able to commute or relocate to Markham, ON. The role is full-time with a fixed-term contract of 6 months, working Monday to Friday with an 8-hour day shift.
