In this pivotal role, the Data Analyst is tasked with delivering impactful analytical insights, working closely with various teams to drive business decisions. This role reports to the Chief Transformation Officer.

In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:

• Lead requirement gathering sessions with business partners.
• Document business requirements and data mappings.
• Translate business needs into data solutions.
• Develop and manage data and analytics projects.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to extract business insights.
• Automate reporting on key performance metrics using Tableau.
• Work cross-functionally to enhance data knowledge and dashboard value.
• Assist with data extraction and analysis for priority projects.

This role requires you to have:

• 5+ years in a Data Analytics role, preferably in insurance.
• Bachelor’s degree in mathematics, statistics, engineering, or related field.
• Experience writing complex SQL queries.
• Proficient in data visualization using Tableau or PowerBI.
• Strong communication skills for data insights sharing.
• Problem-solving skills with a focus on detail and data accuracy.
