As part of this initiative, the Sustainability Data Analyst will work with a team to develop and implement data-driven solutions supporting these objectives.
In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:
- Analyze, develop, and implement a comprehensive sustainability program, including a CRE sustainability Dashboard.
- Support other CRE business units and the Corporate Sustainability team with sustainable practices implementation.
- Assist with Quarterly Sustainability Report and annual greenhouse gas data collection across North America.
- Develop and implement process improvements for annual data gathering on GHG emissions.
- Manage all data analytics and data management for the CRE sustainability program.

This role requires you to have:
- Expert knowledge of Microsoft suite of products including Excel and Tableau.
- Ability to extract, manipulate, and simplify data through various tools.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills to influence peers and stakeholders.
- Strong research skills and ability to analyze and interpret documents.
- Capability to work independently and collaboratively with minimal supervision.
- Bilingual in French and English required for Quebec.
You would benefit from having:
- Experience in data analytics and business intelligence.
- Degree in facilities management, business administration, computer science, statistics, mathematics, engineering, or equivalent experience.
- Proficient in building and maintaining Excel Macros and VBA programs.
- Skilled in using data analysis tools like MS Applications and Tableau.
- Familiarity with sustainability concepts like greenhouse gas accounting, waste management.
