In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:

• Lead the ideation and intelligence stages of analytics projects.
• Oversee analytics product development in collaboration with stakeholders.
• Develop innovative analytics solutions for business objectives.
• Establish tools and algorithms for high-quality people analytics.
• Mentor and guide data professionals within HR.
• Create documentation to support people analytics and COE establishment.
• Propose solutions aligned with Enterprise Data guidelines.
• Make strategic decisions with significant operational impact.
• Solve complex problems with minimal guidance.
• Improve existing standards and procedures.
• Evaluate and select new algorithms and methods for the organization.

This role requires you to have:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in relevant fields.
• 11+ years’ experience, including 9 years in data science roles.
• Expertise in data science toolsets and cloud-based analytics.
• Ability to influence business plans through data improvements.
• Fully competent in advanced data science disciplines.
