This position is vital for ensuring adherence to enterprise architectural principles and improving team processes in software development and operations.

In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:

• Guide technical aspects of project deliverables for onshore and offshore teams.
• Develop system implementation strategies aligned with business objectives and consult with architects.
• Support two or more complex technical operating environments.
• Collaborate with development leads to ensure quality code deployment.
• Engage in system administration and software development as needed for project success.
• Provide input on performance reviews and hiring decisions for technical team members.
• Offer tier 3 support for unresolved IT issues escalated by customer support.
• Evaluate application performance and data platform metrics for improvements.
• Manage architecture and setup of complex software using Microsoft BI, Qlik, IBM Cognos, and more.
• Lead the design and documentation of Enterprise Data platforms focusing on aspects like data security and recovery.

This role requires you to have:

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering or equivalent experience.
• 12 years in IT-related roles with a focus on data technology solutions.
• Expertise in multiple database systems and performance tuning.
• Proficiency in data transformation using Informatica tools.
• Strong skills in data profiling and analytics tools like Microsoft BI Stack.
