In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:

• Design and implement data cleaning and transformation processes in BigQuery.
• Create curated datasets for dashboards and analytics.
• Collaborate with domain experts and product managers to understand data needs.
• Apply statistical or ML-driven methods for data quality improvement.
• Develop new product features leveraging data insights.
• Address inconsistencies in compensation datasets.
• Contribute to data standards and documentation.

This role requires you to have:

• Experience in data science or analytics engineering.
• Proficiency in SQL and Python for data transformation.
• Experience with modern data warehouses, especially BigQuery.
• Ability to explore and propose solutions for imperfect data.
• Ability to collaborate with technical and non-technical partners.
