TEEMA seeks an experienced Senior Data Analyst to join their team. In this key position, the analyst will work closely with product, engineering, and program management, driving data insights and supporting product success through comprehensive data measurements and models.

In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:

• Develop scalable measurement strategies with product and engineering teams.
• Establish and promote semantic data models within and beyond the company.
• Educate stakeholders on new data models for business insights.
• Gain deep expertise in one product domain and influence others.
• Build reusable data models that represent key business concepts.
• Create executive dashboards with data-driven product insights.
• Collaborate with analysts to provide composite measures across products.
• Prioritize data privacy and governance throughout the data lifecycle.

This role requires you to have:

• More than 5 years of experience in data management, analytics, or product management.
• Proficiency in data visualization tools like Tableau and PowerBI.
• At least 2 years of experience with SQL.
• Strong understanding of data lifecycle management.
• Ability to translate business requirements into technical documentation.
• Excellent business acumen and emotional intelligence.

You would benefit from having:

• Experience with third-party web analytics tools.
• Familiarity with cloud-based data warehousing technologies.
• Knowledge of data engineering tools such as Python and Kafka.
• Experience with paywall, subscription, or authentication products.
