Senior Data Analyst

This role is essential to our data strategy, supporting TELUS in achieving sales and marketing targets.

In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain scalable data pipelines for growing data volume and complexity.
• Design data models, BI semantic layers, and assets for reporting and self-service analytics.
• Engineer end-to-end data solutions on on-prem and cloud infrastructure.
• Engage with business stakeholders to gather requirements for reporting and analytics.
• Collaborate with marketing and sales to provide timely reporting and actionable insights.
• Implement dashboards and self-serve reporting using tools like Looker, Tableau, and Domo.

This role requires you to have:

• 6+ years of experience in data analysis or related roles.
• Strong SQL skills and knowledge of relational databases and data warehousing.
• Proficiency in cloud services like GCP and programming languages such as Python.
• Experience in consulting and collaborating with senior management.
• Ability to work independently and in collaboration with stakeholders.
• Familiarity with databases and BI tools like Oracle, SQL Server, Tableau, and Power BI.

• Certification in Data Engineering or Business Intelligence technologies.
