In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:

• Consult with stakeholders to determine and refine machine learning objectives
• Design machine learning systems and automate predictive models
• Transform data science prototypes and apply appropriate ML algorithms and tools
• Ensure accurate user recommendations by optimizing existing ML libraries and frameworks
• Develop ML algorithms to analyze large volumes of historical data
• Run tests, perform statistical analysis, and document machine learning processes
• Stay up-to-date with developments in machine learning
• Collaborate with the team to evolve the ML and Data practice at Tempo
• Provide technical leadership to team members and the Tempo Engineering community

This role requires you to have:

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, data science, mathematics, or related fields
• At least 8 years of experience as a machine learning engineer
• Advanced proficiency in programming languages such as Python and Java
• Familiarity with cloud technologies like AWS and GCP
• Extensive knowledge of ML frameworks, libraries, data structures, data modeling, and software architecture
• In-depth knowledge of mathematics, statistics, and algorithms
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Exceptional time management and organizational abilities
