TextNow is on the lookout for a skilled Senior Data Analyst to join their Business Analytics team. The role involves supporting cross-functional stakeholders to enhance customer acquisition and retention. Positioned within the team dedicated to delivering reliable insights, this position reports to the Head of Data Science & Analytics.

In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:

• Partner with cross-functional teams to understand Ads products and recommend metrics for performance measurement.
• Provide insights for advertisers to improve business outcomes.
• Develop and present reports and dashboards showcasing business KPIs.
• Conduct analyses independently to guide business decisions.
• Implement experiments and tests, monitoring and presenting results.
• Communicate actionable insights to senior leadership through written and verbal means.

This role requires you to have:

• Bachelor's in Math, Computer Science, Economics, or Analytics.
• 3+ years experience in business or product analytics.
• Proficient in SQL for data extraction and transformation.
• Experience designing and maintaining Tableau dashboards.
• Knowledge in experimentation methods and basic statistics.
