TextNow is looking for a Staff Data Analyst to support growth by providing analytics and insights. This role involves working with cross-functional teams to enhance our consumer app, ensuring high-quality and intuitive user experiences.

In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand user pain points through quantitative methods.
• Develop and present reports and dashboards to provide visibility into key business KPIs and metrics.
• Conduct independent analyses using rigorous methods to inform decision-making and business prioritization.
• Implement and monitor experiments and tests to support experimentation roadmaps.
• Share actionable insights with Director+ level leadership through reports and presentations.

This role requires you to have:

• BA/BS in a quantitative discipline such as Math, Computer Science, Economics, or Analytics.
• 8+ years of experience in business or product analytics, handling large datasets.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency in SQL for data extraction and transformation from Snowflake warehouse.
• Experience in designing, building, and maintaining Tableau dashboards.
• Experience in experimentation (A/B tests, geo tests) and basic statistical methods (e.g., hypothesis testing).
