• Collaborate with business teams and clients to seek out reporting opportunities.
• Develop data visualizations and reports reflecting stakeholder objectives.
• Perform data analysis and recommend benchmarks to stakeholders.
• Interpret data stories to influence decisions and actions.
• Utilize Python and SQL to solve business challenges analytically.
• Support and enhance business processes through stakeholder collaboration.
• Manage relationships and priorities between analytics and business teams.
• Demonstrate dependability to build stakeholder confidence.
• Advance data analytics via implementing best practices and governance.

This role requires you to have:

• Bachelor’s degree in Math, Engineering, or Business.
• Proficiency with Oracle SQL Developer or similar tools.
• Experience with Python, SQL, and data validation.

You would benefit from having:

• Knowledge of the Pharmacy or Group Health Benefits industry.
• Experience with SQL Server Integration Services, SQL Server Reporting Services, Microsoft Access, and Power BI.
